I work closely with individuals and families to help them plan for their financial future in ways that align with their goals, values, and evolving life circumstances. My approach is rooted in building trust, setting clear expectations, and educating clients on what a successful financial relationship should look like. Each investment strategy is developed through a personalized, one-on-one process, balancing long-term objectives with individual risk tolerance and can adapt as life changes.
With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, I’ve guided clients through significant market shifts, helping them build balanced portfolios designed to support their financial goals. I began my career in 2000 with A.G. Edwards, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, and have proudly served the Sumter community ever since.
I believe financial planning is not a one-time event, but an ongoing process. As circumstances evolve, so should the strategies used to help stay on track. While I do not provide tax advice, I work closely with clients to stay mindful of tax law changes and estate planning considerations to help preserve and protect their wealth for generations to come.
One experience that continues to shape my perspective involved helping a recently widowed woman navigate a difficult financial situation during a time of loss. Though she was not a client, I was able to connect her with the right local resources to provide immediate support. Moments like these reinforce my commitment to being a trusted resource when it matters most.

Outside the Office
Born and raised in Sumter, South Carolina, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife, Colleen, and our children, Grace and Michael. As a family, we love hiking, camping, boating, hunting, and fishing, as well as attending Clemson football games.
In my free time, I also have a strong interest in hunting, fishing, and numismatics, reflecting my appreciation for both the outdoors and history.
