Time with family is at the heart of Betsy’s life. Raised in Sumter, South Carolina, she still calls the community home and treasures the closeness it brings. She and her husband, Dan, are proud parents to two sons, John Lee and Daniel. Their family has grown with the addition of John Lee’s wife, Jenna, and Betsy’s first grandchild, Liza, who brings immense joy to their gatherings.

Most Sundays, you will find everyone around the table for supper at Betsy’s home. Living in the same town makes it easy to stay connected, and those shared meals have become a meaningful tradition. During the week, she often starts her mornings at the gym, and she enjoys dinners and trips with close friends whenever she can.
